LISTN.TO Corrections Policy
Send the page URL, the disputed statement, and a reliable source to [email protected]. Specific evidence lets us review a correction without guessing which claim is in question.
At a glance
What to identify
Name the exact page and sentence so the disputed claim is unambiguous.
What helps us verify
Share a direct, reliable source and explain the correction it supports.
What we review
We review names, dates, credits, release identities, quotations, links, calculations, and descriptions of a source. Disagreement with an explicitly labelled interpretation is considered, but a different preference does not automatically establish a factual error.
How changes are recorded
A material correction that changes the meaning of a passage receives a dated note on the affected page. Typographical, formatting, and broken-link fixes that do not change meaning may be corrected silently.
What to send
Include the exact URL and text, the proposed correction, and a source that directly supports it. Do not send confidential recordings or personal information that is unnecessary to verify the claim.
Related publication standards
The standard used to reassess a challenged claim is the Music Research and Review Methodology.
Publication responsibility and attribution are defined in the LISTN.TO Editorial Policy.
